This year marks a major milestone for Family Transition Place (FTP), as we proudly celebrate 40 years of standing strong with women and families in our community. To honour this incredible journey, we are inviting the public to a Community Appreciation Open House—a celebration of four decades of safety, support, and hope. Guests are invited to tour our space, meet our dedicated team, and learn more about our work past, present, and future. The event will feature light refreshments and family-friendly activities, making it a welcoming and inclusive celebration for all ages.
