MacMaster Buick GMC is currently seeking a motivated individual for busy Parts Department.
You will be working alongside the Parts Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Providing customers with information about accessory parts and specials
  • Specifying parts quotes and sales to internal, retail and wholesale customers
  • Take orders for parts by telephone & email, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
  • Filling orders for Service Technicians in the Service Department
  • Organize orders for shipping, delivery purposes, or daily pickup
  • Help stock shelves and maintain parts properly and organized at all times
Position Requirements:
  • GM Parts experience preferred,1-3 years automotive parts experience considered an asset
  • Strong automotive knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work as a member of a team and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner
