Join the incredible Spa team at the Millcroft Inn & Spa as and Assistant Spa Manager! The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Spa consistent with the functioning a first class spa and treatment facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
·Meeting established up-selling and sales goals.
·Assists the Spa Manager in ensuring the level of service performed by the Spa Team is characteristic of a four-diamond hotel rating.
·Responsible for assisting with training and monitoring of Spa Team Members.
·Assists the Spa Manager with the scheduling of all contract Personnel/Concierges/Supervisors.
·Takes an active role in promoting the hotel’s services and facilities as well as performing site inspections as required.
·Assists the Spa Manager in the development and implementation of Spa Standard Operating Procedures.
·Assists the Spa Manager in the development and preparation of annual department budget.
·Monitors inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Professional Requirements:
·Minimum of two years hands-on experience in a Spa.
·Basic accounting principles such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Receipts, understanding of budgetary concepts.
·Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.
·Professional appearance and mannerisms due to high level of public involvement.
·Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
