Elite Home Nursing Care is operated by myself, Lisa Zablotny, a Registered Practical Nurse with over 15 years of experience at an Oakville Hospital, in community settings and also teaching in Nursing programs at Humber College.

While caring for others under a corporate employer, I decided to independently launch Elite Home Nursing Care in February 2021 to bring my passion, knowledge and skills directly to clients in their homes and provide a private care option as a way to stay out of hospitals and other facilities.

My areas of expertise are end of life, palliative and senior care. My goal is to provide top-notch individualized care and help fulfill client wishes. As a small business owner, I also help clients and their families avoid the higher overhead costs associated with large home care agencies who also may not provide the consistency of staffing and trusted experience you need at a crucial time.

I strive to form a therapeutic bond with my clients and their families so that they feel comfortable. I find my work very fulfilling both professionally and personally because I see the difference made to people’s lives when compassion, patience, support, skill, comfort, consistency, reliability and dignity are provided during a time of great challenge in their lives.
