Lennox Farm (1988) Ltd. looking for workers for our 2027 season to work on our farm. Seasonal full time from April 1/27 to October 31/27. Wage is $17.95/hour.
Job Description: Planting seeds in greenhouses, plant seedlings out in the field in spring, Hoeing the crops to keep weeds away. Picking rhubarb out in field from mid may to mid July, Bunch rhubarb in building for markets, Hand pick fresh market peas and harvest many different crops for wholesale and retail.
This is a rural area with no buses so own transportation is required. 12 km north of Shelburne, Ontario.
No education required but a willingness to learn is key.
Previous working on a farm but would hire someone who is willing to work hard and show up to work. Some days may be longer depending on crops.
