About Us

Athlete Institute houses two athletic facilities; the Training Centre and Fieldhouse. Athlete Institute is dedicated to improving fitness, health and wellness and offers a variety of fitness facilities for athletes or anyone wanting to get in shape. Athlete Institute is equipped with a range of athletic facilities such as our Combine & CrossFit Training Centre, golf performance centre, 24, 000 sq.ft sports dome, 12,000 sq.ft indoor gymnasium, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts as well as our cardio and weight room for all of your fitness needs. Athlete Institute also offers child care, birthday parties, group fitness classes, and access to the Lavender Blue Caf_. We are excited to announce our recent public opening of the Athlete Institute Therapy Clinic. Whether you are rehabilitating from an injury, need some help to be able to do the things you love, or are just looking for an edge on the competition, we can help maximize your performance!
